Baroka's struggles in the DStv Premiership continued after suffering a 2-0 defeat to Marumo Gallants, who boosted their top eight ambitions.
However, Ndlondlo sealed the deal for Bahalabane Ba Ntwa in the last minute and completed his brace, as they won two consecutive games while Baroka lost their third straight match. It got worse for the visiting side, who were reduced to ten men in the 62nd minute after Bennet Bobete received a second booking and was sent for an early shower. Dan Malesela's men had a perfect start in the second stanza after they were awarded a penalty three minutes from the break for a foul by Makgopa on Celimpilo Ngema. Ndlondlo stepped up fired past goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke for the opening goal. Thobejane made a double change just after that, as Manuel Kambala replaced Mbulu for fresh legs upfront and Decide Chauke came on for Christopher Sekela for the same reason in midfield. Things got worse for Bakgaga after Bahlabane Ba Ntwa doubled their lead five minutes later thanks to Malongoane, who fired a high strike into the back of the net from Katlego Otladisa's pass. Bahlabane Ba Ntwa won a six-pointer against the Chilli Boys, as they got further away from the relegation zone courtesy of a brace by Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo and a late winner by Joseph Malongoane. The sides were evenly matched in the first stanza, with not much goal-mouth action as they went to the halftime break still deadlocked.
