Kady McDermott is enjoying an out-of-the-world vacation in the Maldives. The Love Island beauty shared a swimsuit snap.

"The good thing about my workout routine is that all the exercises you can do literally anywhere, no gym machines are needed," she told Women Fitness about her method.
