Despite being guaranteed a place in the quarterfinals of the CAF Champions League, Mamelodi Sundowns are unlikely to make too many changes to the usual ...

Sundowns have defender Mosa Lebusa available for selection and could give him a run for the first time since he last played in November last year, in a 3-2 victory over Royal AM. The former Ajax Cape Town captain was taken off at half time during that clash with an injury. Last season, Sundowns had qualified for the knockout phase going into their final group match against Algerian side CR Belouizdad, so they decided to give a few players who were not having a lot of game time a chance to play, including former player Hlompho Kekana. They lost that match 2-0 at Loftus and they may have learnt their lesson of not making too many changes to the line-up, as they prepare for this season's final group A match against Sudanese outfit Al Merrikh.

Goalkeeper Reyaad Pieterse was called into a rare bit of action in the closing stages when he made a good save to deny Elsamani Saadeldin in the bottom left corner to keep the clean sheet intact.
