It is always difficult to play a struggling side like Baroka FC, according to AmaZulu FC captain Makhehleni Makhaula.

โ€œI think itโ€™s going to be a good game, our preparations have been going very well, everything is all good. He also tells us that mistakes happen, but we must make sure not to make them in dangerous areas where we might end up being punished.โ€ They head into this clash with Usuthu after they suffered a heavy 5-1 defeat against Cape Town City in their previous game.

AmaZulu FC snapped their four-match winless run in the DStv Premiership when they edged out Baroka FC 1-0 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The best chance of the first half fell for Sekela Sithole, who found himself in a one-on-one situation with goalkeeper Veli Mothwa. Substitute Bonginkosi Ntuli unleashed a fierce right-footed shot that beat Masuluke, but the woodwork came to Bakgaga Ba Mphahlele's rescue. Manuel Kambala was battling with Makhehleni Makhaula for control of the midfield.

AmaZulu struck in the dying stages of the second half to secure a 1-0 win over relegation-threatened Baroka FC on Wednesday evening.
