Orlando Pirates will be determined to revive their continental ambitions when they host Chippa United in the DStv Premiership on Wednesday evening.

Pirates are involved in a jam-packed race to finish in the continental places, as they sit fifth on the log, six points behind second-placed Royal AM with a game in hand and can't afford to drop points. The Buccaneers have been imperious against Chippa in recent season, with consecutive league victories since November 2016. The Buccaneers were denied a third straight league win the last time they were in action after playing to a goalless draw against Baroka. The Chilli Boys are still looking to secure their top-flight status, as they sit just two points above the relegation play-off spot held by TS Galaxy. Orlando Pirates will be determined to revive their continental ambitions when they host Chippa United in the DStv Premiership on Wednesday evening. Pirates come into the clash in high spirits after advancing to the VAF Confederation Cup semi-finals after defeating Simba on penalties at Orlando Stadium.
