In Monday’s statement, the Premier League also announced that the price of the unified ticket for attending matches has been reduced from EGP 100 to EGP 75 to make it easier for fans to attend. “The interior ministry has agreed to allow 1,000 supporters of each club to attend league games starting from the new 2021/22 season,” Premier League CEO Ahmed Diab said at the time. “5,000 supporters will be allowed to attend every game starting from the next round, as the Premier League is eager to continue the gradual return of spectators to football games in recognition of their important role,” the Premier League said in a statement on its official Facebook page on Monday.
