If you skipped it and saw the predictable outcome of Rousey beating Flair coming, catching up on the quick results slide above was all you really needed to know. That leads to bad creative where you don't need to watch any of the television shows. With Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin, the clear side that needs more of a leg up is Moss. Beating Corbin isn't the equivalent of capturing a title, but it's a nice follow-up to his Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal victory. This also avoids the problem that WWE has wherein Creative doesn't seem to know what to do with Flair if she's not holding a title or challenging for one. If it didn't happen, everything would be the same as it was after WrestleMania. It will likely also lead to Ripley becoming one of the next challengers to Bianca Belair's title to provide for a much-needed fresh feud. Repeating the same match and just doing a different outcome is cheap. Yes, Omos won this one in part to make them "even" with each other, and used MVP's help because he's a heel, so that will get you to boo him and not respect him. Styles still would have had to fight a Hall of Famer who is more decorated in accolades than entire classes combined. This checks a few positives off the list. Rhea Ripley unveiled herself and is now a member of Judgment Day.

The final flurry of the match had tons going on that had audiences hooked, and it created chaos in the best way possible. It proved to be a perfect main event, and it had the live crowd going crazy for everything that happened. It wasn't the type of match that fans will be desperate to see again, with this one feeling more like a standard television bout. Nobody was expecting a classic from these two men, and the match that they provided was likely similar to how people thought it would go down. Both men went back and forth in a competitive manner, putting on a fun mid-card match for the show. WrestleMania Backlash only had a short card in comparison to the juggernaut two-night event that took place during WrestleMania 38 weekend.
WWE WrestleMania Backlash was the first pay per view event after WrestleMania and generally this pay per view event does not deliver anything.
Previously it was said to be two different matches, One For The Tag Team Championship unification, and other one for the Universal Championship. We would not say if it was the best match of the night but it was definitely one of the best. It was the only championship match of the event and also the only stipulated match. The match was booked for 17 minutes and there was enough intensity to hook everyone to the match as long as it went on. But throughout it was a predictable match. But honestly it was not as good as most of the fans expected it would be. There were only six matches but none of the matches were really disappointing. We are not sure if most of the fans were looking forward to see this match because it was mostly a Smackdown standard match that got booked in a pay per view. About tonight’s match, it was booked for 9 minutes and it was a good match. As the referee was distracted, a hooded person attacked AJ who was on the pole position. It was booked for 21 minutes and what an amazing match it was. And it was good for Seth Rollins as well. WWE WrestleMania Backlash was the first pay per view event after WrestleMania and generally this pay per view event does not deliver anything special.

The final stretch of the match was as packed with action as it could be, culminating with Roman spearing Riddle in half for the victory. Anyway, as for this match, And I find it kind of funny, and I find it kind of sad. There's been a lot of high-octane action tonight, and with six men in the match you would normally expect that here. The match was nothing to write home about and probably went on a few minutes too long. This match is an oddity because, in theory, Madcap Moss is supposed to be the lovable babyface, but that's just not the case. So I've been enjoying this match for what it is, and when Charlotte put the mic up to Ronda and Ronda said, "Never b****," I lost my mind. It was a solid match, and an "I Quit" match that didn't get too over-the-top. As for the match itself, it's two of the best in the industry doing their thing. So the big story here is that AJ Smiles' arm is hurt and that comes into play a lot--especially when Smile is trying to put Edge into a variety of submissions. As for the match, it was fine. It was a complete surprise to see Cody get the win here, as Seth winning made more sense--to get a rubber match at the next PPV. Regardless, I don't see anything topping this match tonight. Mat: Wrestlemania did something very important: it put Chris and I in the same room for the first time in a little more than two years.

Referencing a fan at ringside who was dressed as his favourtie former WWE Superstar, McAfee quipped that ‘The Fiend’ is here when the fan came into shot. Yet, if last night is anything to go on, Judgement Day is in for the long haul as they welcomed a new member into the fold. With Edge as the leader, there was always a fear the allegiance with Damian Priest could be shorter lived down to Edge’s lighter WWE schedule. WWE have reported that Flair suffered a fracture of the radius following the armbar that made her tap out and lose her SmackDown crown. Perhaps with the ‘grandest stage of them all’ pressure and time restraints off their backs, each match was given a little bit more time and thought and it resulted in better outings in every encounter. Not only did The Bloodline get the win, but it was The Head of the Table who put the explanation mark on his WWE status by getting the pinfall on Riddle.
