Kaizer Chiefs have pleaded guilty to fielding two ineligible players in their DStv Premiership clash against Sekhukhune United last December.
Majavu said in a statement released by the PSL: "With regards to the second and third respondents, which are the players, they were both fined a monitory amount R10 000, which the whole amount is suspended for a period of 12 months on condition that during the period of suspension, they are not found guilty of the same offence. Chiefs were handed a fine of R200 000, half of which is suspended for 12 months, while both players were also handed fines. Both players were found to not have been properly registered for the league campaign, and PSL prosecutor Zola Majavu handed down sanctions.

It was a return Ramahlwe Mphahlele would have wanted - leading Kaizer Chiefs from the back to a 1-0 win over Sekhukhune United.
The 31-year-old got up and curled the free kick, a Sekhukhune defender tried to defend but headed it toward Mphahlele who made no mistake. Kearyn Baccus was also out with a knee injury which the team had hoped he would recover from in time for the game. The game was played at a pedestrian pace, with neither side getting any rhythm going in the early exchanges.
