Bonang Matheba has dragged ex-manager Davin Phillips and agency CSA for filth amid her plans to sue them over their working relationship.
The star went on to accuse them of stealing from her and other artists signed to their agency. According to reports, CSA allegedly negotiated directly with Vino Ventures and split the partnership between them cutting Bonang out as a shareholder. According to CSA, they were tasked with representing Bonang’s “entertainment, fashion, entrepreneurship and philanthropy” endeavors.

Taking to Twitter, Bonang made allegations that Phillips has stolen from other black creatives in the past as well.
“As mentioned previously, Ms Matheba is in fact the only individual who has made millions of Rands of profit out of The House of BNG – while CSA is still at a loss and in the red after having invested millions in this venture to make it a success,” said the statement. “These rants and raves by Ms Matheba are very unfortunate and tarnish her own dignity and reputation. CSA then alleged that Matheba has been the only party to benefit from their partnership as she has made millions of rands from her alcoholic beverage, while CSA is still at a lost after investing millions into her business venture.

In 2017, Davin Phillips also registered the company Vino Ventures which went on to acquire the production rights of House of BNG products.
