Authorities say all of the people were wearing dark clothing and ran away on foot when police arrived. The 17-year-old was turned over to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center and is also facing a number of charges including burglary, according to police. According to authorities, they were able to locate one of the people, who was later identified as a 17-year-old from Philadelphia.
