Centre back Kalidou Koulibaly marked his home debut in style by volleying Chelsea in front from a corner in the 19th minute and the hosts totally dominated the opening period. Chelsea remained in the ascendancy in the second half and should have had the points wrapped up but were rocked when Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg equalised in the 68th minute.

He might be seen as Todd Boehly’s fixer on the pitch, a man to get a job done. Koulibaly stuck his chest out and threw himself into the fight. Chelsea vs Tottenham: Any time goal scorer odds & price boost (Goal.com)

Chelsea and Tottenham meet at White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon in what is one of the Premier League's most fiercely contested London derbies.

Mount and Son to both score at any time has been boosted from 11/1 (12.00) to 16/1 (17.00) which looks like an unmissable price which offers serious value. A way of getting higher odds is using a Bet Builder to combine two or more selections and for this game there has been a serious price boost in the any time scorer's market. Last season Spurs' Heung-Min Son ended the campaign as the Premier League's join top scorer with 23 goals level with Mohamed Salah and the Korean international is priced at a healthy looking 11/4 (3.75) to score in Sunday's derby.

Thomas Tuchel outwitted Antonio Conte with aggressive move ... (Mirror.co.uk)

A clash between Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte stole the headlines, but in the match it was the Chelsea manager who managed to outwit his Tottenham ...

Conte was able to finally get to grips with the issues his team faced, helped by the introduction of Richarlison midway through the second half. While the Chelsea man aggressively pressed the player receiving a pass, Spurs’ other forward was often left isolated and marked by two Chelsea centre-backs. On the other flank, Loftus-Cheek was given instructions to push high up the pitch, which would see Chelsea adopt a shape that better resembled a 4-3-3 rather than 3-5-2. By that time, the England international had been shifted to the wing-back role, with Azpilicueta brought on at right centre-back. Those moves were crucial to Chelsea's dominance and control for much of the opening hour of the game. A dramatic London derby between Chelsea and Tottenham saw both teams come away with a share of the spoils.

Chelsea vs Tottenham classic overshadowed by tedious discussion ... (The Independent)

Referee Anthony Taylor was heavily criticised by Thomas Tuchel after missing a foul by Cristian Romero on Marc Cucurella for Spurs' equaliser.

It is why all of this is so unhelpful, and so damaging, to the game. That it’s “part of the game”? This, to counter one common argument, is not the way to get referees to improve. Managerial criticism of referees has been part of the game for some time. The rational response, no matter how infuriating, would be to just accept that sometimes they go for you and sometimes they go against you. And that isn’t to say his fundamental complaint isn’t justified. It has left less to the blind luck of whether someone sees something. VAR, for all the criticism it gets, has actually improved the sport. It was all part of the show. That was Tuchel so singularly and extensively criticising referee Anthony Taylor, to strategically dictate the post-match discussion. That is what it should be all about. Chelsea should have won – and probably won well – and offered a superb performance that showed they shouldn’t have been dismissed from the top-four discussion.

Our player rating read: "Looked sharp in duels with Son Heung-min. Booked in the first-half for an excellent tactical foul on Son. Took his goal really well. Leave your thoughts in the comments section below! “Maybe it would be better," Tuchel said of the possibility of Taylor not refereeing their games. Aside from the controversy, certain Blues stars put in stand-out performances over the 90 minutes. “I don’t think just some of the fans think that," Tuchel said on the refereeing injustices in his post-match press conference. Then in the dying minutes, Marc Cucurella's hair being pulled aggressively wasn't picked up by Taylor, while VAR decided it did not warrant a red card, with Harry Kane heading in from the resulting corner.
