Umar Sadiq scores winning goal as Almeria stun Sevilla to secure ... (Goal.com)

Nigeria striker Umar Sadiq scored the winning goal as Almeria claimed their first La Liga victory in seven years.

He managed two key passes with his 27 touches of the ball but lost possession 12 times. He kept pushing for more and later on, he was all set to receive a beautiful pass into a promising position but one of the defenders made a timely clearance to deny him as Almeria tried to see off the game. That equaliser before the break breathed new life into Almeria, and the hosts ought to have taken the lead inside the first 10 minutes of the second half, but as Sadiq showed Rekik a clean pair of heels, he could only skew his effort wide of the target.
