ARSENAL winger Marquinhos has deleted a social media post following backlash ahead of Sunday's match at Manchester United.

A similar post was uploaded with the same lyrics included on the image. It included words from the chorus of the famous song sung by fans of rival club Liverpool. Fans noticed straight away and the post has since been removed. Injuries mean he keeps his place in the squad for the trip to Old Trafford. The Brazilian received backlash for the post which included lyrics from Liverpool anthem You'll Never Walk Alone. Marquinhos joined Arsenal from Sao Paulo earlier this summer for a fee of around £3million.
