Mamelodi Sundowns open their Caf Champions League campaign with a first round, first leg fixture against La Passe at Loftus Versfeld on Sunday.
The last time Sundowns met a team from Seychelles they recorded an emphatic victory which remains a record for them in the Champions League. The Islanders will be playing before multitudes of Sundowns fans and will be battling to make use of home advantage. La Passe will be the home side at Loftus after their home ground did not meet Caf requirements.

Mamelodi Sundowns are up against La Passe in a Caf Champions League second-round first-leg game at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Sunday. The former South Africa youth international will operate in a deeper role in the midfield and his presence has seen Andile Jali rested for the first-leg clash. The 26-year-old has been handed a start and will partner Kekana in the defensive duties as the Brazilians seek for a clean sheet in the first leg battle.
