A cash-in-transit security guard fired shots at Greenacres Shopping Centre yesterday afternoon, February 14, after allegedly spotting a suspicious person.

The security guard from the cash delivery vehicle who was standing a distance away fired two shots at the VW Polo," Naidu explained. The person managed to squeeze out and in the process scraped another car next to him. Priscilla Naidu, said that the cash delivery vehicle's driver became suspicious of a person and he followed the person’s movement whilst seated in the vehicle.
