Much like that of the first half, Sekhukhune commenced the subsequent half with urgency and opened the scoring in the 49th minute. Richards Bay managed to forge a couple of attempts at goal toward the half-hour mark and grew stronger as the game progressed. Sekhukhune United returned to winning ways with a comfortable 2-0 win over Richards Bay FC at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Richards Bay will also be in action next Saturday in a home clash against Stellenbosch FC at the King Zwelethini Stadium in KwaZulu-Natal. Apart from veteran attacker, Luvuyo Memela who caused problems for the Sekhukhune defence especially in the first half, the other attacking players from Dladla’s side were anonymous. In a good team move, Brandon Truter’s side unlocked the Natal Rich Boyz defence with their block and passing before the Nigerian finished calmly into the net.
