Durban University of Technology's Nkululeko Mbatha is one of the Mister Supranational South Africa 2023 semi-finalists.

Spokesperson for the DUT Alan Khan says the SRC and DUT Management met on Monday to discuss the progress made on registrations among other grievances. Students are displaced; they have been sleeping outside, some [are staying in] the halls on campuses and [management] knows about these issues. He denied that any students were removed from classes.
